Three of the changes were in the backline and two up front for the match that will be broadcast live on SuperSport at 16h30.
William Small-Smith and Malcolm Jaer are the new wings in a new-look back three, replacing Rhyno Smith and Rosko Specman respectively, while the experienced Tian Schoeman - a late withdrawal from the team last weekend - takes over from Reinhardt Fortuin at flyhalf, with the latter being named among the replacements.
The changes to the forward pack were at hooker, where Jacques du Toit comes in for Reinach Venter, and at flank, where Aidon Davis takes over from Victor Sekekete, who will provide cover off the replacements bench.
The group of impact players, meanwhile, features two new faces in Reniel Hugo (loose forward) and Dries Swanepoel (centre).
