The SWD Eagirls were crowned champions of the 2024 Women's First Division after a tense final against the Leopards in George as they reclaimed the title they last won in 2022. The competition featured seven teams who played each other over a single round of league matches. The other teams who participated in 2024 were the Limpopo Blue Bulls and Pumas, both of whom featured in the semi-finals, as well as the Valke, Griffons and Griquas.
