About
In 2022, six teams participated in two pools: North – Limpopo, Pumas, Valke; and South – Boland, Border, SWD. The competition kicked off early in April and the teams played a double round of matches in their pool, with the top team from each pool progressing to the Final, where the Valke beat Border. The previous time this competition was held, in 2019 under the guise of the SA Rugby Under-20 Provincial Championship, the Down Touch Griffons defeated the EP Elephants by 37-29 in the final, claiming the title for a fourth time.
