Biography

After a few classy performances for the Junior Springboks in their warm-up games earlier in 2019, Potgieter will have his sights set on making his presence felt in his first World Rugby U20 Championship in Argentina. The player made his way through the SA Rugby Youth Week ranks before impressing the Junior Springbok coaches this year, and given his high work ethic and positive attitude, he has a bright future ahead of him. The B Com Financial Sciences student enjoys relaxing activities outside of rugby, with golf and fishing being among his favourites.
