Vacant Position: Commercial and Marketing Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy, Align sales and marketing strategy with budget; regular and timeous monitoring and reporting on deliverables; Revise strategies based on sales performance; Oversee all sponsorships, advertising, suite and season ticket sales, publicity and brand management; Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to Board; Manage Strategic Communication & Commercial departments; Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communication agencies; Liaise with current and prospective sponsors, advertisers, suite-holders, season ticket holders, adhoc requests from the CEO and board.
Skills and Competencies:
Must have strong sales ability, excellent leadership and people management skills; Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels; must be able to close deals, must be results driven, must be computer literate and display analytical thinking.
Educated to degree level or relevant qualification in marketing or business administration; specializing in sales and marketing. 5 to 10 years senior level experience in sales and marketing.
Job grade: Will report directly to the CEO.
